The return costs 5 EUR and is drawn from the amount you will be refunded in the return. Size exchanges is free and most be register in the same order. If you place a new order with the size you need we can not offer free return. Always save receipt for the return. - It takes up to two weeks to process your return and we confirm this with a email when the return is handled. - We never refund you the "original"-shipping fee
