Not only are you fuelling your body with healthy carbs, but it's a great hit of healthy fats and proteins as well - perfect for your everyday lifestyle! This recipe is vegetarian, gluten free, soy free and dairy free. If you are vegan, make sure to choose vegan options for your protein powder, granola and milk.

2 frozen bananas, 1/2 fresh banana, 2 tbs peanut butter, 1 serving protein powder, 2 tbs cacao powder, a dash of plant based milk, a sprinkle of granola, coconut flakes, cacao nibs
1. In a blender, add your frozen banana, 1 tbs of your peanut butter, protein powder and cacao powder. Blend together adding small dashes of your plant based milk as needed. Ensure not to add too much, as we are wanting it to be nice and thick.
2. Once it's entirely blended together, put in a bowl and top with your favourite toppings. In this particular recipe, we used granola, 1/2 fresh banana, 1 tbs peanut butter, coconut flakes and cacao nibs to top
