The return costs 5 EUR and is drawn from the amount you will be refunded in the return. Size exchanges is free and most be register in the same order. If you place a new order with the size you need we can not offer free return. But let us know when you shipped the parcel and we can click through the exchange process faster :) - Make sure that your aimn's are returned in a nice, unused condition without stains or defects and with their labels on. - A used item will not be fully refunded. - Preferably reuse all packaging we sent your order with and we are kind to the environment. - Go to your DHL Parcel -service point if you use our label. Always save receipt for the return. - It takes up to two weeks to process your return and we confirm this with a email when the return is handled. - We never refund you the "original"-shipping fee
