Please print out the return label you receive to your email in the last step in our return process and glue it on the package. The return costs 5 EUR and is drawn from the amount you will be refunded in the return.
To all other countries in EU you need to the return label yourself and is made at your own cost.

- Use your order number and email to log in to your order.
- Register the item or items you are sending back in the same process so that everything is registered at the same time.
- Make sure that your aimn's are returned in a nice, unused condition without stains or defects and with their labels on.
- A used item will not be fully refunded.
- Preferably reuse all packaging we sent your order with and we are kind to the environment.
- Go to your DHL package -service point if you use our label. Always save receipt for the return.
- It takes up to two weeks to process your return and we confirm this with a email when the return is handled.
- We never refund you the "original"-shipping fee
