Returns

 The goods must be submitted within our Return Portal and returned within 30 days from the order date.

Visit our return portal and register using your order number and email address.

Please note that if your country is not mentioned that we do not offer a return label and that you have to stand for the return label and costs yourself. 

These are the countries we offer a return label to: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus.

Return fee & exchange:

- The return fee is 5 EUR.

- If you want to exchange for another size, choose “Too small” or “Too large” in the portal and select your new option.

- Want your new size faster? Let us know once you’ve posted the parcel, and we’ll help speed things up!

- Exchanges for size is free of charge.

Prepare & send:

- Make sure items are unused, clean and with all tags attached.

- Used or damaged items can’t be refunded in full.

- A return label will be generated – print it, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at your local Australia Post service point.

- Keep your receipt as proof of postage.

 

Processing time:

-Returns are normally processed within up to 3 weeks.

 - You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.
